AINSWORTH ACQUIRES RIGHTS TO LAN YAP PRODUCT FOR LOUISIANA VIDEO POKER MARKET

LAS VEGAS (January 21, 2021) – Ainsworth Game Technology (“AGT” “Ainsworth”) has acquired the rights to manufacture the successful Lan Yap gaming suite for the Louisiana Video Poker market.

The hardware will be built in Ainsworth’s 300,000-sqaure-foot North American headquarters in Las Vegas and distributed throughout Louisiana as part of an ongoing partnership between Ainsworth and Modern Gaming, Inc.

Modern Gaming recently acquired distribution rights to Lan Yap from Sunco Distributors, Inc.

The Lan Yap gaming suite offers players an array of video poker content that is among the top performing in Louisiana. Ainsworth plans to add at least two new titles to the product suite in 2022.
