AINSWORTH GAME TECHNOLOGY NAMES RYAN COMSTOCK CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

LAS VEGAS (May 11, 2026) – Ainsworth Game Technology (“Ainsworth” or “the Company”) today announced the appointment of Ryan Comstock as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Comstock had served as Acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2025 and was confirmed as the Company’s CEO on Monday, May 11.

Comstock originally commenced at Ainsworth in 2012 in a key role in the Company’s finance department and progressed through a series of leadership positions across the organization. In 2018, he was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer, where he played a key role in driving operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the Company’s strategic initiatives.

Since his appointment to the role of Acting CEO in October 2025, Comstock has demonstrated the necessary leadership qualities to guide the Company going forward, reinforcing Ainsworth’s commitment to innovation, customer partnerships, and operational improvements.
